I hope you don't get tired of my pictures of horses and cows. I just love it out here. We also have some donkeys(which were camera shy today), deer, foxes, coyotes and turkeys. Oh and there are a couple of farms with goats and mini horses. I haven't seen the deer, fox or coyotes yet, but hopefully someday I will and hopefully I'll have my camera with me.</div>

Well we've been moved in a month now and I know some of you have been waiting for pictures. I have had some problems trying to upload them. Me and computers, we just don't understand each other, lol. Anyway, here's some pictures from our new home, in no particular order. I got them uploaded so I don't want to jinx anything by moving them around. I will make sure you know what they all are. </div>

This is a fox squirrel. We have 6 of them that hang around. Molly loves to chase them. There is a tree stump at the bottom of this tree that our landlady said she put her peelings for the wildlife. Well I put out peelings, salad fixings, old bread. We get all kinds of birds and the fox squirrels. This one is eating an apple I put out there. Isn't he beautiful?!</div>

Hard to get this picture, but we have these flying this low over the house constantly day and night. But what an awesome sight this is too. Some days they take off over the top of us and some days they land. Guess it depends on the wind/weather. We are only minutes away from the Orlando International Airport. </div>

Not a great shot, but this is from the barn looking at the back of the house. It's all Florida Room. And you can see we haven't put up the swingset for the girls yet. I'm not a farmer but I'm learning things as I go. This is a donkey that is out in the pasture with the cows. We were told that donkeys will keep coyotes away from the cows. And we do have coyotes and foxes around here. Foxes eat chickens so no one around here has chickens. A cow pasture down the street has a goat with the cows. I think for the same reason as the donkey.</div>

We've been steadily moving into the new house for a couple of weeks. Who knew how much junk you could accumulate in 10 years???? I'm hoping not to repeat that after this move. :) Once we get pretty settled I will post some pics of the new place.<br />
<br />
Hubby loves it, I love it, the dogs love it, the cats love it, the kids love it and once you see pics I know you'll love it too!<br />
<br />
I only have 3 days left at my job here at State Farm. Then I'll have to find another job closer to the new house. I have been driving (or Hut's been driving me) to work the last couple of days and it's an hour and 15 minutes one way. A little too far to drive every day. For me anyways.<br />
<br />
Everyone enjoy your weekend. I'll be unpacking, fun, fun, fun. Bonniehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13637952428656957505noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3344776240103027144.post-45117682369909600852013-02-08T08:53:00.004-05:002013-02-08T08:53:43.215-05:00SWING SET........<div style="text-align: center;">
I knew when we got approved for the "farmhouse" that I wanted to get a Swing Set for the girls. And I really, really, really wanted to get them one of the BIG wooden ones, but knew I'd never be able to afford one. So imagine how excited I was too find one dirt cheap in the Classifieds at work. </div>

<div class="separator" style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;">
And here it is in all it's glory. There was a catch, though. We have to take it apart ourselves and transport it. No problem, right???? At least I thought it would be no problem. I am now realizing the me, Hut, Wade and maybe Diana can NOT do this alone. </div>
<div class="separator" style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;">
Anyone who follows me on FB knows I have lowered myself to BEGGING for some help, but it's falling on deaf ears. But I have faith that GOD will come through with some help. I mean, after all, He did find this swing set for the girls, to go in a yard at a house He led us too. </div>

<div class="separator" style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;">
No matter what happens this weekend, or who shows up to help, I am very excited about this wonderful swingset for the grands.</div>

<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Yes I swiped this from a fellow blogger without permission. However, I did not swipe the whole blog. I just loved these ideas and wanted to share them. I will post the link to the blog where I "borrowed" these ideas at the bottom of the link so you can read the whole blog. And I know there is only one more day left in January for you to do January's acts, but no harm, no foul if you do them another month. These are some really good ideas and I hope you enjoy them as much as I do. I honestly may not do all of them, but I am going to give it my best shot.</span></div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
I have really been a bad slacker since the first of the year as far as blogging goes. I read my fave blogs every day and I think to myself that I need to write one too, but it just doesn't happen because, frankly, I've had nothing to blog about. But today I do!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; text-align: center;">
Hut and I have been looking for a place to live near the kids. A lady that goes to our church had a beautiful piece of property with a double wide for rent. We went and looked at it and fell in love with it. Well we prayed about it, Shelby (the owner) prayed about it and just about everyone we knew prayed about it. Well all our prayers have been answered. Shelby contacted the kids to let them know that she has chosen us to be her tenants. </div>
<div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; text-align: center;">
We won't be moving in until March but that is fine. Shelby still wants to fix some things that the other tenants has done, even though we told her we'd take care of it. But she has 4H all through February so she won't be able to take care of anything until the first of March anyways. So it works out perfectly for everyone involved. And she has had at least one other inquiry about renting. Our God is so amazing and he has taught me patience with this.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; text-align: center;">
I only have a couple of internet pictures since I didn't have a camera with me when we went to look at it. It's 5 acres. Shelby has horses and cows out on the property. She will continue to care for them but it's kind of nice having them there. Shelby also said that early in the morning there are deer on the property. I can't wait to see that. Plus I saw a fox squirrel....beautiful. Once I get settled I'll try to take some photos of them. Plus we have one neighbor. Single dad with teenage daughter. The land behind us is restricted so no one can build. The land on the other side and across the street is a preserve so no one can build there either. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The best part is Shelby is okay with us having dogs and cats. No problem at all. And the property is totally fenced in so the dogs can have their freedom. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Here's where my new patience kicks in....I really want it to be March already, lol. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;">
Here is the view of the front of the house going in the front gate. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a HUGE Florida room on the back of the house. </div>
<div class="separator" style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh6rx9S_KtFEu67KcSg1MGyADOXYZ0CSSiKpZzbUkfxdlF1XV8sgq8hbp7ITJTjpyfXsg3hM6FpwmBQqWfAWQEbf9atLPUk0Xj1t1Wv4xzAOiePEOAZ8XN0_JN8s0AxnqdsZc459RI5gz8M/s1600/Arial+of+the+property.png" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; cssfloat: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img border="0" height="192" oea="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh6rx9S_KtFEu67KcSg1MGyADOXYZ0CSSiKpZzbUkfxdlF1XV8sgq8hbp7ITJTjpyfXsg3hM6FpwmBQqWfAWQEbf9atLPUk0Xj1t1Wv4xzAOiePEOAZ8XN0_JN8s0AxnqdsZc459RI5gz8M/s320/Arial+of+the+property.png" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;">
Here is an aerial view of the house and property. You can see the house at the top of the photo. Right behind the house is a small pull through garage with an attached shed. Behind that and a little to the right is like a carport that the horse trailer sits under. At the bottom of the page is the horse barn. Not in the picture but right behind the barn is the cow pasture. And the horses each have a pasture down both sides of the house. </div>
<div class="separator" style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;">
As soon as I get settled I will post a ton more pictures.</div>

We will know more next week. If he does need a pacemaker, he will work a little while longer so he will still have insurance coverage. <br />
<br />
Whether he needs a pacemaker or not, I will be leaving my job in the middle of March and we will be moving to St. Cloud(FL) to be closer to the kids and grands. I am sooooo excited I can't hardly stand it. <br />
<br />
I have already started packing non essentials and sorting stuff between yard sale and garbage. It's slow going for me because of this darn magnet in my butt and the one in my chair, whenever I get home, lol. <br />
<br />
But now I have motivation. Wade may have found us the perfect place. Hubby wants to move to a trailer in Narcoossee(little redneck town right outside of St. Cloud). Wade found us a double wide on 5 acres, fenced in. The lady that owns it goes to our church. She's okay with the dogs and the yard would be perfect for them. Hubby's a little nervous about the rent, it is a little steep but I don't think it will be a problem. <br />
<br />
So now I really want to be home packing instead of sitting behind this desk, lol. I'm ready to go!Bonniehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13637952428656957505noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3344776240103027144.post-74677113930846596962012-12-28T11:03:00.002-05:002012-12-28T11:03:21.400-05:00HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
This has been one heck of a year. Started with hubby having triple by-pass surgery and ending with him possibly needing a pacemaker. In between I became insulin dependant with my diabetes and one of my brothers was diagnosed with bladder cancer. But despite the roller coaster ride, all is well and my faith in the Lord is stronger than ever. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEisL5VnQoSFPHH-SC-xU4cJW8mWpmPzPkd4TfMmddA0En39ScNB8ONLSuMWQss3W0XSohamoppg3QrDgF_YuUu4hKYGMPCsN-2gfCkcQiV-HLi5wpraO30Q0dhrY5iXPHwh20N7LhFopjn_/s1600/happy_new_year_clipart_freefree_vintage_u002639happy_new_yearu002639_clip_art_images_the_stock_solution_450x327_jpg-e929a6a0bb314fa0b5499ea41dec414e.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" eea="true" height="232" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEisL5VnQoSFPHH-SC-xU4cJW8mWpmPzPkd4TfMmddA0En39ScNB8ONLSuMWQss3W0XSohamoppg3QrDgF_YuUu4hKYGMPCsN-2gfCkcQiV-HLi5wpraO30Q0dhrY5iXPHwh20N7LhFopjn_/s320/happy_new_year_clipart_freefree_vintage_u002639happy_new_yearu002639_clip_art_images_the_stock_solution_450x327_jpg-e929a6a0bb314fa0b5499ea41dec414e.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Plus I've made alot of new friends this year and had fun keeping up with the old. Mended some fences. I actually can't complain about anything. All the things I thought were bad, were not as bad as others have had it. I am pretty blessed.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhNBOJjTfvPNxsY5oNc_w3khFJn750YC3ndzFK7fUwH_eE2Z4MhLT8FfM1626W_teU-AJzJNIfmUXXTfogdzmx97gB2qJnp_VbwAQ9RB0HjkoT4nbq86Y0Eaj6HOf35TzZlPWti-bMi8Mq6/s1600/4434-Happy-New-Year-Business-Couple-Partying-With-Wine-Streamers-And-Blowers-Clipart.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" eea="true" height="223" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhNBOJjTfvPNxsY5oNc_w3khFJn750YC3ndzFK7fUwH_eE2Z4MhLT8FfM1626W_teU-AJzJNIfmUXXTfogdzmx97gB2qJnp_VbwAQ9RB0HjkoT4nbq86Y0Eaj6HOf35TzZlPWti-bMi8Mq6/s320/4434-Happy-New-Year-Business-Couple-Partying-With-Wine-Streamers-And-Blowers-Clipart.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
And this New Year coming up, I am NOT making any resolutions. I have, however, set a few goals for myself. The first and foremost is to spend more time with my heavenly Father. Read more of my bible and spend more time praying and conversing with the Lord. My second goal is to finish the afghans I started for my granddaughters 3 years ago, lol. Yep, started them before Rossi was born and I'm not even close on either one. My goal is to finish them for Christmas. My 3rd goal is a short term goal. See the chubby couple above? Well I want them to look like the skinny couple below. No, not really. But I do want to lose at least 10 lbs by February 15. And as I sit here typing and thinking about it, it's do-able. But I need to make it happen in real life. I've lost 7 lbs in the last two months so I'm pretty positive if I try hard I can make 10 lbs possible. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj8lw7S3FWVmbaYPyCYRYdYRCpbbzuYIzyhpXCC-O4xLTdQa00asr7mLhqIxg4whb9S-lJCd22d2aGHu5DdiX0bjc7RZ3Jpo47XziuXgfQ3YT-2iq61arFioDIUnjtzj80J0KfK9IRw3NoR/s1600/royalty-free-new-year-clipart-illustration-27316.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" eea="true" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj8lw7S3FWVmbaYPyCYRYdYRCpbbzuYIzyhpXCC-O4xLTdQa00asr7mLhqIxg4whb9S-lJCd22d2aGHu5DdiX0bjc7RZ3Jpo47XziuXgfQ3YT-2iq61arFioDIUnjtzj80J0KfK9IRw3NoR/s320/royalty-free-new-year-clipart-illustration-27316.jpg" width="304" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Those are my goals for this year. Not many, but why be overwhelmed, lol. Please have a safe New Years Eve and I'll be praying for all of us to keep our resolutions or achieve our goals.</div>

Most people have an elf on the shelf for their kids. Santa and I have a Snowman on the shelf or in the chair or wherever. His name is Nick and he is the size of a toddler. Nick's been in the family for almost 20 years, but for some reason this year he is in to EVERYTHING!</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
Last night we caught Nick trying to take the sled off the side of the house. We have a small sled that we keep hanging on the house all year long. It's just his size. Don't know what he was thinking as we live in Florida and we NEVER get snow.</div>

And just because I haven't posted any pictures of Santa yet this year, here he is at his first event of the year. He was a little under the weather in this picture, but he is all better now and looking forward to the many more events he has to do this season.</div>

I am thankful for my Almight God and Lord Jesus Christ. I am thankful for Jesus giving his life on the cross so that I might have everlasting life. It is never too late to be thankful for Jesus either. Invite Him into your heart, ask for forgiveness and live your life in him image. Thank you Jesus!Bonniehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13637952428656957505noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3344776240103027144.post-90642498127322665512012-11-29T08:22:00.000-05:002012-11-29T08:22:46.336-05:0030 Days of Thankfulness Day 29Today I am thankful for my health. While hubby and I do have health issues (comes with getting old, lol), I know there are others who are worse off than we are. I thank God that we are able to still get around without help, work, enjoy family, while others are not so fortunate. So be thankful for what you have, because there are others not so fortunate.Bonniehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13637952428656957505noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3344776240103027144.post-27737963092127312662012-11-28T13:27:00.000-05:002012-11-28T13:27:17.091-05:0030 Days of Thankfulness Day 28Honestly I am thankful that there are only 2 more days this month. Although I am thankful for alot of things, when it comes time to mention them, my mind draws a blank. Or it's a repeat. I have a friend who posted she was thankful for cough medicine, since she had a cold, and I thought that was kind of neat, but not something to be thankful for in a blog. So that is what I am thankful for today. And hopefully I'll think of something really awesome or witty to be thankful for these next two days. Bonniehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13637952428656957505noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3344776240103027144.post-26671415106078136062012-11-27T08:03:00.001-05:002012-11-27T08:03:55.770-05:0030 Days of Thankfulness Day 27Today I am thankful for......my pets. I love my dogs and cats. Shouldn't have favorites, but Molly and Max would be my favorite if I had favorites, lol. Molly is my saving grace when I've had a bad day. She is her momma's girl. Max is the oldest and smallest and he can actually sit on my lap so I enjoy holding him as my stress melts away. Bailey, well we'll just leave it at that. He's our bassett hound and he looks like a cartoon but he drives me nuts in the middle of the night because he whistles, yes, whistles. Some day I'm going to record him whistling. And the cats. I'm not a big fan of cats, but right before Tropical Storm Debby I found 3 kittens that someone had abandoned. Cold, wet and hungry. 2 males and a female. The female did not survive but she passed with a full belly and warmth as I held her. The two males are the most loving cats I've ever owned. I've never had any cats that have liked to sit on my lap and purr. So I am thankful for all of my pets, because they make the rough parts of the day melt away when I get home.Bonniehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13637952428656957505noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3344776240103027144.post-82952539822750663022012-11-26T09:13:00.001-05:002012-11-26T09:13:10.726-05:0030 Days of Thankfulness days 22,23,24,25 and 26I am thankful that I am allowed to be a slacker over the holidays and not do any blogs, lol. <br />
<br />
I am also thankful that I got to spend the holiday with friends and family, extended family. Thankful for the food, fellowship and fun.<br />
<br />
I am thankful that my sister in law and her family come down from Virginia every year for the holiday and we get together the day after Thanksgiving (Black Friday) and do an ornament exchange with friends and family. <br />
<br />
I am thankful for the beautiful weather we have had. We are so blessed to not have the bad weather they have up north.<br />
<br />
I am very thankful for my wonderful, loving husband, who puts up with me year after year. I know I drive him crazy, especially at the holidays.<br />

I am fortunate that I am the receptionist at work and I get the holidays off (even though they are unpaid). My co-workers have to work all the holidays. So I am thankful for the time I get to spend with my family and friends.Bonniehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13637952428656957505noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3344776240103027144.post-15803254764593985302012-11-20T07:57:00.002-05:002012-11-20T07:57:29.986-05:0030 Days of Thankfulness Day 20Today I am thankful for my co-workers. I am the only female working with a group of mostly older, retired men, 3 of whom were law enforcement officers. I also work with a few younger men, who are very respectful and they are all great to work with. We always have each others backs and cover for each other when the need arises. In case most of you didn't know, I am a Security Officer. However, I get the plush job of being the receptionist/admin assistant, lol. But I have been known to cover regular officer shifts and duties when the need arises. My co-workers are awesome and I am thankful that I work with them.Bonniehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13637952428656957505noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3344776240103027144.post-51419691143493374272012-11-19T10:09:00.000-05:002012-11-19T10:09:32.705-05:00Family<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

Just thought I'd throw this out there. Family get together 11/18/2012. From left to right, back row, Griffin, Aunt Missy, Hut, Uncle Mike, me and Wade. Front from left to right is Rossi Jean, Diana and Layla Sue. Scott couldn't be there because he had to work. :(
Bonniehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13637952428656957505noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3344776240103027144.post-63935075440892087472012-11-19T07:52:00.004-05:002012-11-19T07:52:59.096-05:0030 Days of Thankfulness Days 17, 18 and 19I don't think it's any easier to be thankful for 3 days as it is for one. But I am thankful that Saturday I got to spend with both sons, daughter in law, grandbabies and youngest son's girlfriend and her little boy. Bonus for that day was running into my brother and his family at Downtown Disney. I am so thankful that we spent the rest of the day with them. My brother was diagnosed with bladder cancer a few months back and is fighting a battle with it. We are praying for a good outcome. But I am thankful for the time we spent together. We lost 10 years together over something so stupid, I don't even remember why we quit talking. But I am thankful to God for bringing us back together. <br />

On a lighter note I am thankful that this week is only a 3 day work week. I know, I know, it's like I'm wishing my life away. I'm really just looking forward to spending more time with family. I fuss about it sometimes, but I think we all do at some point. But this job allows me tons of time with my family. I work either 7-3 or 7-5 Monday through Friday with weekends and holidays off. I couldn't ask for anything more. Until I got this job 5 years ago my hubby and I never had the same days off and it was hit or miss with the kids. So thank you God for guiding me to this job and allowing me to succeed at it for this long. Now I'm praying when hubby retires and we move, that I can find a job with the same benefits, lol.Bonniehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13637952428656957505noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3344776240103027144.post-70686763879695442292012-11-15T08:13:00.003-05:002012-11-15T08:13:44.436-05:0030 Days of Thankfulness Day 15Whew this is harder than I thought it would be. I am thankful for so much, but when it comes time to write what I'm thankful for I get a mental block, lol.<br />

Today I am thankful for the internet. Yes, the internet. Why you ask? Because without the internet I would not have met some of the most amazing friends I have. And some I have been fortunate enough to actually meet in person. And I have met family members I didn't know I had, cousins, nieces, nephews. And it's very easy for me to keep up with long distance relatives now. Plus where can you go and see such amazing sites from around the world. Seriously, I had no idea about how beautiful the BIG wide world really is. <br />
<br />
Yeah I know there are alot of falsehoods on the internet also and they we have to be really careful about alot of things. But as with any aspect in life, you have to take the good with the bad.<br />
<br />
My favorite thing about the internet? What a great way to spread the Word of God!Bonniehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13637952428656957505noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3344776240103027144.post-33964664157553655832012-11-14T10:11:00.000-05:002012-11-14T10:11:19.232-05:0030 Days of Thankfulness Day 14Today I am thankful for having a roof over my head and a comfy bed to lay in. Food on my table and in my fridge and cabinets. I am thankful that I am able to have a comfortable lifestyle. There are so many who don't have any of what I have. Even in this country. We all automatically think of 3rd world countries when we think of people who don't have anything. I am thankful I am not one of them, but that I can do something, small or big, to make them a little more comfortable. And not only for the holidays, but all year long. And I am thankful that I have friends and family that do the same.Bonniehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13637952428656957505noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3344776240103027144.post-59774036653392293412012-11-13T08:44:00.000-05:002012-11-13T08:44:01.263-05:0030 Days of Thankfulness Day 13Today I am thankful for freedom of speech. I am thankful that we have the right to say what's on our mind. Now I am going to exercise that right and say that I wish all the political bashing would stop. The election was over a week ago, our president is still president and like it or not, we must live with it for at least 4 more years. Bashing him or bashing Romney isn't going to change anything, especially after the election. Enough is enough. Okay I'm done now. I am thankful for such a wonderful God. He sacrificed his only Son so that we could all be saved and have a beautiful, everlasting life in his heavenly kingdom. Through God all things are possible. <br />

I am thankful that God helped bring my brother and I back together after 10 years of personal nonsense. And that's what it was....nonsense. But I am very thankful to have my brother back although there is a down side to it. My brother has Bladder Cancer. He's had 2 surgeries where they have removed the cancer but it has come back both times. But I am still thankful for the time I will be able to have with him. And I am praying that God has mercy on my brother and heals him. But whatever God's plan, I will honor it.<br />

And I am thankful for being able to blog with and about my friends and family. I am so thankful to have met some many friends through blogging and have come to know your families as well. I will probably be thankful for them and my friends many more times before the end of the month. But I am always thankful for my friends and family EVERY SINGLE DAY! Perfect weather. While I am thankful for our weather I am praying for others across the country, especially in the Northeast who are dealing with such severe weather.
