I was just wondering if anyone else going through the change has experienced acne. I have never had acne, not even as a teen ager. Now that I'm going through menopause, I have the worst case of acne. I know my hormones are changing but I didn't think this would be part of it. I'm dealing with hot flashes and night sweats and that's bad enough. I think I'd rather go through a second childhood than a second teenhood. I don't recall ever reading anything else about this. Am I a freak??LOL! Thanks for letting me get this off my chest.

ReplyDeleteI started having acne at around 30 and it is normally around my chin area and I have friends that say the same thing too:))

I cured acne after reading a book called No Acne for Me. I thought there were no cure or treatment but apperently I looked the wrong places. Acne free and acne cure - get this book.
