Cleaning House

I'm not one who likes to complain about my ailments (well not much anyways, lol). Lately I have been feeling like I'm 148 instead of 48. I hurt my back 3 years ago and I've had put on a ton of weight the past 2 years. So I know that's part of the problem and I am working on taking some weight off. But it also affects my legs and I'm having a hard time walking alot of times. So I really have a hard time keeping up with house work. I have collected alot of dust collectors over the years, but the time has come to part with them.

Pepsi collectibles is my largest collection of "junque". I will be packing all of my Pepsi stuff up and taking it to auction. I was shooting to do it this week, but haven't had a chance, so I'll take my time packing up this week and we will take it to next week's auction. My kids' are a little upset but they understand. I told them to take what they want before I box it up. So next week I will have a ton of "junque" gone and hopefully will have an easier time trying to keep the house work up.

I am worthless because of the weight I have gained. It hurts me to walk and I can barely get out of a chair. My mother was this way and she ended up in a power chair her final years. I don't want that but I can't get motivated to rid myself of this weight. I need to de-junk my weight instead of my posessions.

Being a collector of all kinds of things, I can understand how much work it takes to keep it dusted! Two years ago I got rid of quite a few collections and although it hurt to part with them, I felt so much better afterwards and less stressed without the upkeep they took. Hope your collection sells well at the auction:-) xoxo

The aches and pains you are feeling hit us all.

I understand your need to de-clutter. Make sure to keep some of your favorite pieces though. Have you thought about Ebay'ing them?
