What I did on my summer vacation.....

Okay so I didn't have a summer vacation, but I got to spend 3 awesome days with my beautiful granddaughters.  Mommy and Daddy went on a Church Retreat with the Youth Group and Nana got the privelege of spoiling the grands for those 3 days, lol.  Oh and these pictures are in no particular order.
Here we are at Dunkin' donuts eating chocolate covered donuts and drinking chocolate milk.  Yeah, I know, WHAT WAS I THINKING????
We went to visit Grampy for lunch one of those days and he gave the girls money for an ice cream.  Nana had a different idea.  Let the girls keep their money and take them to Randy's (a great little local restaurant) for a HUGE brownie covered with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream.  Yeah I know, more chocolate, I guess I really wasn't thinking, lol.  Sam, our waitress, put two Reese's mini cups on top too.  She NEVER does that for Grampy, lol.
The girls waving good morning to their Mommy and Daddy.  Thanks to modern technology, we sent pics back and forth via Iphones.
AAAHHHH here we are having lunch with Grampy at his shop.  Kentucky fried chicken.  Grampy was thrilled to see the "babies".
Good morning, Sunshine.  Rossi would crawl in bed with me early in the morning and go back to sleep.  But she woke up with a smile every morning.
I bought the girls a pool on Tuesday afternoon.  I watched them Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.  I wish I had bought it on Monday.  They love it.
 She is just waking up.
This is what I woke up to in the morning.  Sleeping beauty.
Not a great picture, but the girls wanted to send good night hugs and kisses to Mommy and Daddy.
Sending Mommy and Daddy good night kisses.
Mommy and Daddy sending kisses back.

I think because we could send texts and photos back and forth it made it alot easier on everyone to spend some time away.  I know Wade and Diana missed their girls and even though the girls were on their best behavior, I know they missed their Mommy and Daddy.  But a good time was had by all.

I could feed the grandchildren all the chocolate I wanted but had to keep them with me until it wore off:)
