Computer Issues

Seems like if it's not one thing it's something else.  My home computer has the blue screen of death.  Message says something about Hard Disk.  So I have been without a computer since Friday afternoon.  I think Hubby uploaded a virus because he uploads and opens EVERYTHING!!!  I used to but have learned since I'm sure I uploaded a virus or two back in the day.   I am calling Best Buy today to see if that is something that is covered under our warranty or service policy or whatever it's called.  I can't find the paper work for it, but my sister says she just gives them her phone number and they are able to pull everything up.  So wish me luck.  I am going crazy without my computer.  And my old computer is not hooked up to the internet. :(

If another computer is not available from friends or family, go to the library and use a computer there to google your problem. You can usually find a way to fix most issues yourself. As a matter of fact, I'll google it and let you know what I find. As a matter of fact, how and where did you post this???

Thanks, Annie! It's always nice when friends help you in your time of need. I have passed the info on to Hut so that he can possibly try these remedies today. I'll let you know what happens.

You're right, Pea! I would also be lost without my computer! Actually, last year, I uploaded a virus too! I was so upset and devastated! Fortunately, a friend of mine recommended me a computer expert named Yuri Mintskovsky and he really helped me to fix those computer issues. I wish you good luck, Bonnie!
