Water Exercise

This is the pool.

Yesterday, Hut and I went to our first water exercise class. There were only 3 of us there. Besides me and Hut, there was another City of Winter Haven employee, Rachelle. We all 3 got in the pool and waited for others to show up and the instructor. Well no one else showed up, not even the instructor!!!! The lifeguards didn't even know about it. Rachelle had taken some water classes before and she said she would put us through some of the exercises she remembered if we wanted to. So why not, we went to work out. Boy let me tell you what, that was some work out. The class is supposed to be 45 minutes long, but we only worked out for like 20 minutes. My arms and legs are sooooo sore. We couldn't do a full workout because we had waited for people to show up and then there was lightening in the area and we had to get out of the pool. All in all it was fun with just the 3 of us. Rachelle wants to do it again on Thursday, but it's our day to go to the bank. I didn't even get a chance to take any good pictures, but I'll share what I have. Hopefully next Tuesday the instructor will remember she has a class.
Hut carrying our noodles to the class.

Hut heading into the pool. The water was great!

Hut in the pool. This is the shallow end. 4'9". I wasn't sure I was going to be able to do it, since I'm only 5'2". I managed, LOL.

I'm so glad you and Jerome can do this fun activity together.

Wonder what happened to the instructor? It sounds like Rachelle could be your instructor and it would be fun.

I remember going to the WH Rec Center when I was in high school ... gosh that brings back memories.

I love those pictures of Jerome ... gosh I miss ya'll!!!
